Warranty Policy

 

1. Limited Warranty — 6 Months
Timecity® warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Timecity® will, at its sole discretion:

Repair or replace the defective product at no charge, or
Issue a discount coupon of equivalent value for use on a new order.

 

2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Structural failures under normal use conditions
Functional defects that affect the intended use of the product


3. What Is Not Covered — Exceptions

The Limited Warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Unauthorized resellers: Products purchased through non-authorized resellers, such as retail stores, are not covered. Please contact the original place of purchase for return or warranty issues.
  • Accidental damage: Damage caused by accident, abuse, drops, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or use for any purpose other than the product's intended purpose.
  • Theft or criminal activity: Loss or damage due to theft, stolen cases, or other related criminal activity.
  • Water damage: Our products are not certified as waterproof. Water damage of any kind is not covered.
  • Weather damage: Damage caused by weather conditions including but not limited to heat, rain, wind, or natural objects.
  • Cosmetic damage: Scratches, dents, cracks, or other cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
  • Device damage: The Limited Warranty covers only the Timecity® product purchased and does not cover your personal devices. Timecity® has no liability for any damage or destruction of tablets, stylus, keyboards, laptops, mobile phones, handheld devices, or any lost data or software apps resulting from installation or uninstallation of Timecity® products, whether by online instruction videos, written or verbal instructions, or linked guides.
  • Repair or replacement costs for installed devices: Costs for repair, replacement, or insurance for devices used with Timecity® products are not covered.
  • Counterfeit products: The Limited Warranty does not apply to counterfeit products sold by retail stores, online stores, or any other businesses. Timecity® is unable to exchange, refund, or provide warranty service for any counterfeit product. Our products are registered trademarks — please purchase only through authorized channels.
  • Indirect or punitive damages: Timecity® is not liable for any indirect or direct punitive damages arising from the use of its products.

 

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to the 6-month warranty, Timecity® offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days. Upon approval, we will process one of the following resolutions:

Full refund to your original payment method, or
A discount coupon of equivalent value for use on a new order
Provided that:

The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase is provided
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Timecity®'s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Timecity® is not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

 

7. Governing Law
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Timecity® reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
