Q2 About Shipping
Q2.1: Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
A2.1: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. If your order hasn't processed for a long time, please contact us at service@timecity.net.
Q2.2: In which countries/regions can I purchase?
A2.2: Currently, we ship to the United States.
Q2.3: Why have I not received my package?
A2.3: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or remote addresses. For further assistance, please email service@timecity.net.

Q3.1: Can I cancel or make changes to an order?

Q3.2: How to change shipping address?
A3.2: If you entered a wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.
Q3.3: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A3.3: We try to deliver all items together, but sometimes products are shipped separately due to different shipping options. You will receive a shipment notification email for each item.
Q3.4: What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
